Blue Lotus Cultural Institute Inc. knows that the health and well being of the future of the world lies with our youth. It is therefore important that youth gain skills and experiences to become productive global citizens. Our signature program "Global Manners Matter to Us!" teaches youth etiquette and behavior that will ready them for school, work, social settings, travel, and the global community. Classes and activities are designed to build self confidence, develop leadership skills, and cultivate responsible, respectful global citizens.
Our vision is to help create a world of respectful, responsible, and principled global citizens devoted to unity and peace. In 2019 Blue Lotus was created to support this vision. Our Mission: To develop, promote, and foster non-profit educational and cultural activities of the global community and African Diaspora in order to nourish the character and well being of youth.

Blue Lotus Cultural Institute Inc. is where youth empowerment activities meet the global community and African Diaspora. The self esteem and well being of youth, family, and community is built through education, culture, arts, sciences, and various enrichment activities offered, supported and sponsored by Blue Lotus, a 501c3 nonprofit.

Vision: We help create a world of respectful, responsible, and principled global citizens devoted to unity and peace.
Mission: To develop, promote & foster nonprofit educational and cultural activities of the global community and African Diaspora in order to nourish the character and wellbeing of youth.
Goals
In support of the mission, the Blue Lotus Cultural Institute shall,
Use education, culture, arts, sciences, and enrichment activities and platforms to build self esteem and to nourish the character and well being of youth, family, and community.
Use non-profit and charitable means and methods to provide for and advance the mission.
Devote itself to serving as a resource to advance the legacy of family, traditions, history, and culture of the African Diaspora and global community.
Facilitate the creation and continuing existence of organizations &/or efforts dedicated to the upliftment of people.
Provide opportunities for employees and those served to uplift their character through the products, services, and experiences offered.
Devote itself to teaching and giving youth opportunities to become productive global citizens.
Teach and encourage practices which foster health and wellbeing.

ACTIVITIES
Blue Lotus Cultural Institute Inc. is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of our youth and the world. Youth engage in classroom activities, but we also take the classroom outside through service and field trips. Through these activities youth also develop leadership skills. We are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work every day to promote positive change.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
At Blue Lotus Cultural Institute Inc., we are dedicated to youth being prepared to contribute to the global community. Community service projects such as Earth Day volunteer clean up, allow students to gain an appreciation for their effect on the world. Clean up areas include often forgotten green space in their own communities. Students appreciate nature, the environment, and learn leadership skills.
FIELD TRIPS AND TRAVEL
With field trip initiatives, our goal is to promote and provide enrichment activities which introduce the youth to the African Diaspora and the world. This trip to the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Center and National Historical Park in Dorchester County, MD fostered pride and increased the appreciation of history. Students were enriched by the memory and knowledge of Harriet Tubman.
